En octubre de 2023, la Conferencia de La Haya de Derecho Internacional Privado (HCCH) celebrará la Octava Reunión de la Comisión Especial sobre el Funcionamiento Práctico del Convenio sobre Sustracción de Niños de 1980 y el Convenio sobre Protección de Niños de 1996.
Ésta es una buena oportunidad para organizar un Congreso Internacional sobre Sustracción de Menores y hablar sobre los resultados de la Reunión y el futuro de la Convención de Sustracción de Menores de 1980.
El Congreso se llevará a cabo en inglés y español, con traducción simultánea. Abogados, jueces, mediadores y otros profesionales especializados en Sustracción de Menores de todo el mundo están invitados a asistir al Congreso.

In October 2023 the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) will hold the Eighth Meeting of the Special Commission on the Practical Operation of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention and the 1996 Child Protection Convention.
This is a good opportunity to organize an International Congress on Child Abduction and talk about the outcomes of the Meeting and the future of the 1980 Child Abduction Convention.
The Congress will be held in English and Spanish, with simultaneous translation. Lawyers, judges, mediators and other professionals specialized in Child abduction from all over the world are invited to attend the Congress.
