Mayte García-Muñumel (ASIME)
On 13th May it was celebrated at the Superior Court of México City, Auditorio María Lavalle Urbina, the symposium organized by the IAFL (International Academy of Family Lawyers) in cooperation with the Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados A.C.
The symposium was organised by our colleague and cofunder of ASIME Carolina Marín Pedreño in closed cooperation with Mr. Alfonso Sepúlveda, head of the Mexican law Firm hosting the event. Other speakers from Spain members of ASIME such as Lola López Muelas, Carmen Varela and Mayte García Muñumel also intervened.
The assistance to the event was a complete success, as the public was mainly formed by Judges and Court members from different Court in Mexico, and judges in charge of the Courts specialized in International Child Abduction, and also relevant members of the Courts of Appeal of the United States of Mexico, and a wide representation of lawyers from the hosting country interested in the subject.
